Kevin Kimball is Vice President of Jim Kimball Enterprises, Inc. JKE was founded by Kevin's parents Jim and Jane Kimball more than 30 years ago and has become one of the premier builders/restorers of custom and vintage aircraft. JKE manufactures and distributes the aerobatic biplane kit known as the Pitts Model 12.

Eric Sponberg of Sponberg Yacht Design was contracted to deign the bottom of the boat based on his work on similar designs. The 20 degree dead rise bottom created by Eric provides excellent handling and ride while maintaining great speed.
